If you're a fan of previous games who is hungry for more, you'll probably enjoy this offering for the exciting way in which the ability to fly between the planet's surface and the capital ships in space makes the battles feel much larger. Renegade Squadron advances the series in small ways and tells a good story as its epic battles play out, but it still feels a bit behind the times.
